Although The Boss has taken a lead role in many of the stylistic aspects in our home since we got married, I’m catering this one to the girls. This means: Men, YOU BUY THIS STUFF FOR THE GIRLS. Got it? I felt the need to clarify that lest there be some earth-shattering mishap where Uzma shows up with a GIANT PINK BIRD PILLOW for BIL. Of course, that’s not to say that the women out there can’t get this stuff for themselves, or for those they love. God forbid I forget to acknowledge that women MAKE THEIR OWN MONEY TOO! and get an inbox full of hate mail.
I tried to keep a lot of this stuff gender neutral since a home is generally shared, but if you’re living the high life in your own place, or are looking for a little college dorm room decor, I think there’s something on here for everyone. Putting this list together has been the most inspirational so far as it’s so easy to get lost in the endless thought and creativity that has so apparently been poured into these designs.
