Virtual Friends, I’m home!

I’m back in the beautiful, still-a-little-snowy Northern Virginia, which is a beautiful breath of fresh air and familiar faces. I’ll be taking most of the day to settle in, while also planning a way to squeeze all the people and places I love into these next two weeks.

I’ll be back tomorrow with updates, photos, and hopefully a manicure.

I see a girl who is always copying your blog, and have not said anything until today. But now she has taken one of your banners that you made, and is passing it off as her own, which I feel is not okay, and you should be aware of this. She is also copying your writing meaning how you speak, and it is very obvious that she is trying to sound like you through her blog. What is your e-mail address so that I may send you more information about her blog privately? ps. I love this site and read it daily!

I need a manicure =) Btw, if you’re ever in NYC, you should go crazy in China Town; a heaven for your two loves: Pashminas and earings!

“Man in the early times was almost naked, and as his intellect evolved he started wearing clothes. What I am today and what I’m wearing represents the highest level of thought and civilization that man has achieved, and is not regressive. It’s the removal of clothes again that is regressive back to ancient times” - Nobel laureate, Tawakul Karman, in response to journalists who said her hijab was not proportionate with her level of intellect and education.
