Sephora Brand Makeup Brushes

I got these makeup brushes from Sephora last year.

brushes 1

I knew what I was in the market for, but when I walked into the store, they had 672 different types of brushes to choose from, and I got a little confused.

Lucky for me, a young woman came over to help. She walked me through each brush, and talked to me IN DETAIL about the various uses, life spans, materials used to make them, and when her birthday was.
I like people, what can I say?

After about an hour (I ask A LOT of questions, it’s the reporter in me, and also the result of being my father’s child) I finally picked six brushes from the Professional Platinum Sephora collection. They were a little pricey, but I use them everyday, and they are still in near new condition.

I even picked up this travel case for the brushes. It also has a small pouch to carry some makeup, or even a nail file. I love how the little magnets find each other so effortlessly, and just snap shut. I couldn’t find the case that I have on line, but I’m sure they have something similar in their store, or on the Web.

Here’s what I got:

Stippling Brush #44
Lash & Eyebrow Comb #21

Natural Fan Brush #43
Natural Powder Brush #40

Natural All Over Shadow Brush #12
Natural Slant Brush #42

These brushes look so nice Sabrina. My father always said you get what you pay for and if you want things to last then you have to pay well for excellent quality! I can see that these are worth it! Good makeup brushes should be in every girls case. There’s just no comparison when putting on your makeup. I hope to acquire the same someday!

By the way, it’s hard to find a very good brush case too. Perhaps this one here is most like yours?

I bet those brushes are super soft. How do you clean them?

“Man in the early times was almost naked, and as his intellect evolved he started wearing clothes. What I am today and what I’m wearing represents the highest level of thought and civilization that man has achieved, and is not regressive. It’s the removal of clothes again that is regressive back to ancient times” - Nobel laureate, Tawakul Karman, in response to journalists who said her hijab was not proportionate with her level of intellect and education.
