Hey look! A massive bottle of Hershey’s Strawberry Syrup!

Wait, what’s this?

It’s a piggy bank!!!

That’s pretty much exactly how the conversation between The Boss and myself went when we saw this while drooling in It’s Sugar a few weeks ago. In my house, we were an Ovaltine family growing up. Remember those really annoying commercials from the ’90s? Two kids are sitting at the table, drinking their Ovaltine, and when they’re done they’re go, “More Ovaltine, please!” in their really annoying little kid voices.
Well, that was me and my sister.

But at The Boss’s house, they grew up on Hershey’s, specifically strawberry. In fact, everyone in our family knows how much The Boss loves the stuff, that when we first got married, my mom bought a bottle and kept it in her fridge for when we came over for Sunday dinners.

I got on It’s Sugar’s Web site, but I could only find the Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup piggy bank.

So now you know where we keep all our money. Actually, this is just our vacation fund, and so far, after our move to L.A., I’m pretty sure we have about $2.23 in there. So if you’re planning on robbing us, you might want to ask yourself, “Is it really worth it?”

And then remember, GOD IS WATCHING YOU.
